What happens after placing an order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. There may be a wait time depending on the item ordered.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be notified of UPS tracking information upon shipment of your order. In addition, you can call us at 323.965.9888 or email us at and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you accept returns?

Returns must be made within 30 DAYS of your receipt date for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Items should be in their original condition. You will be responsible for the shipping & handling charges. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages. Returns will be processed within 2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item.
